Working with our Client is based on defining his current requirements and monitoring any changes on that field. Such approach enables us to provide complex services corresponding with client’s dynamic surrounding.

Responsibility - Polskie Biura Rachunkowe vouches for the guaranteed amount of 1 000 000 PLN, and therefore our legal liability is significantly higher than liability of the chief accountant employed under the contract of employment.

Confidentiality - The access to Client’s data is restricted. Only chosen persons from Client’s company and PBR employees assigned to provide services for the Client are allowed to get an insight into the data.

Time and finance saving - Client does not bear any operating costs resulting from employment, outfits of workstands, professional trainings, possible sick leaves and holidays. If Client entrusts providing services to us, he will pay for executed services only.

Since 2005 we have operated on the basis of Quality Management System - developed and improved according to international standards. On 22nd of July 2005 we received certificate confirming that Polskie Biura Rachunkowe sp. z o.o. has implemented and executes Quality Management System according to ISO 9001:2008 norm, in the field of accounting, payrolls, human resources, account audit, taxes, account consulting, controlling, reporting, management of tax, account and law consultants services. The fact that PBR is based on a system which is highly effective, reliable and productive has been confirmed by annual audits.

Quality Management System obliges us to constantly develop and improve the procedures and to keep control over Client’s documentation and data. Established human resources management system is a guarantee of our team’s appropriate qualifications for providing services. Moreover, according to the standards, we regularly carry out researches regarding Client’s requirements, so that we can always success in meeting them during our cooperation.
